Managing so many daily temps demands that the systems are 100 percent efficient and flexible every day. JKS is an ongoing project where several companies in KOLLAB collaborate. Currently, IT Kartellet, C2IT, C2IT Digital, and /et al. are all part of the journey.
A system on time
When your business is selling time, it is crucial to have complete control over it. This includes how much time has been used, who has used it, and what the time was used for. At JKS, the same time registration system had been in use for years. The system, which had been expanded several times, was no longer functioning optimally. Customers found it difficult to log in and hard to get an overview.
Therefore, the system needed to be rewritten to make it simple for each temp to use, while fitting into the new system landscape being developed at JKS. This was a perfect task for IT Kartellet, resulting in a reliable and user-friendly mobile app that ensures high data quality in each registration through GPS data and sensors.
With the new time registration solution from IT Kartellet, not only have JKS' employees received a more user-friendly solution. The solution also allows temps to easily check in via an app on their mobile phones, thus starting the time registration. The solution, previously web-based, now runs as a mobile solution on the temp's phone. This makes it easy for temps to switch registration areas, and for companies to work with precise registrations when internal billing of temp hours is required.
